Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our products and click on the one or more you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and your order will be placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal for added convenience and security.

3. What are your shipping options and delivery times? We offer standard domestic (within Norway) and international shipping (elsewhere outside Norway). Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.

4. Do you ship internationally and do I have to pay any taxes and customs? We ship internationally. The shop will automatically add the US sales tax for the American residents. Automatic tax collection for other countries does not work at this time, unfortunately, meaning that we have no knowledge of the tax amount or control over what taxes are going to be collected upon the package's arrival at its destination.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. Please note that returns do not apply to Cds.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? Once an order has been placed, it immediately begins processing to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

7. How can I contact customer support for further assistance? If you have any further questions or need assistance with your order, we are here to help. You can reach us via the contact form on our shop website. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during regular business hours.
